GSR stands for Galvanic Skin Response, is a method of measuring the electrical conductance of the skin. Strong emotion can stimulate your sympathetic nervous system, causing more sweat to be secreted by the sweat glands.
Grove - GSR allows you to spot such strong emotions by simply attaching two electrodes to two fingers of one hand. It is an interesting piece of equipment for creating projects related to emotions like the sleep quality monitor.
