This tiny card uses the same 32u4 microcontroller as the Arduino Leonardo. The 32u4 operates at 16 MHz and 5V. There is a voltage regulator on board so that it can accept a voltage up to 12VDC. If you provide unregulated power to the card, be sure to connect to the "RAW" pin on VCC.
