The superior performance of MOSFET.
Extra large heat sink, the maximum current can be up to 25A.
Can use Ramp1.4 and MKS series hot bed output signal to control.
Can use 5-24V digital signal to control.
Description
Many control boards are not adequately designed to handle the large DC currents generated by 3D printer hotbeds and some of the higher power hot end heatsinks. This is especially true for 12V systems.
You can largely eliminate problems of this nature by installing a MOS25 FET heating controller on your heated bed circuit and ideally on your hot circuit as well.
The MOS25 is designed for high current up to 25A, this should not be exceeded under any circumstances.
25A equals 300 watts at 12V.
You also need to make sure that when wiring to the board, your wire is properly rated for the expected current and terminated.
